What I'm diggin'

Since Bill's column was not in the online version of the Times Herald today, I've decided to steal how he ends his articles. Today, I'm diggin' CSAs aka Community Supported Agriculture. Find a farm near you! CSAs are a type of "cooperative" where consumers purchase "shares" in the farm, and in return receive the produce that is farmed. Rich and I will be buying a share from the Watershed Organic Farm. It's a bit more vegetables than we're used too, but we will learn to eat better.

Rock n' Roll: I can't stop listening to the Fruit Bats. A local Chicago band, I didn't find out about them until AFTER I'd moved away from Chicago. Mr. Bill brought them to my attention and got me Echolocation for Christmas. You have to love bands that utilize mandolin. Mandolin savvy bands are my current kick.
